If the baby stroller is unused (brand new) and within 7 days of delivery, our team will be happy to assist in completing this return or exchange process.

RETURNS

 

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Book with obvious signs of use;
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

 

REFUNDS

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

 

We understand that unexpected situations may occur, leading to order cancellation/return. Prioritize due diligence to minimize returns. We encourage the use of self-service options, such as our customer support team's stroller test.

Address Changes: requests must be done on the order date; otherwise, we cannot guarantee the update will be processed before the order is fulfilled.

Return eligibility: Unused baby strollers must be shipped in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving the order to qualify.

Returns: If a shipping label is assigned, it's considered a return.

Cancellations: Order information is transmitted to our fulfillment centers every morning (Eastern Standard Time), hence, any requests for order cancellations must be initiated on the same day the order is placed.

It's important to note that exceptions are only applicable to pre-orders that have not yet commenced shipping.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee.  The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
